Today the classes in St Mary’s carried out different activities to celebrate World Mental Health Day. The Primary 4 pupils discussed different activities which can help keep our minds healthy.
The P5/6 pupils discussed positive thinking. A simple way to achieve this is through smiling, and they performed a poem by Spike Milligan to show how infectious a smile can be.
