Results of Junior school uniform questionnaire
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to inform you of the results of a recent questionnaire regarding the proposal to adopt the school's P.E. uniform as the permanent uniform for our junior school pupils. This initiative was suggested by our Foundation and Key Stage 1 teachers, who believe that the P.E. uniform would better support play-based learning and be more appropriate for the age group.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all parents and guardians who took the time to respond to the questionnaire. Your feedback is invaluable, and we appreciate the thoughtful comments and suggestions you provided. These will be shared with the school's board of governors for further consideration.
In response to the question, "Should the current school P.E. uniform be used as the only uniform for Reception, Primary 1, Primary 2, and Primary 3 pupils?" the results were as follows:
- 76.92% voted Yes
- 15.38% voted No
- 7.69% were Unsure
Given the majority support for this proposal, we are pleased to announce that from September onwards, younger pupils will be allowed to wear the Playr-Fit tops to school every day. We believe this change will enhance the comfort and flexibility of our students, thereby supporting their learning and development.
Links to order the Playr-Fit tops for the next school year will be shared with parents in July. We encourage you to place your orders promptly to ensure your child has the appropriate uniform for the start of the new term.
Thank you once again for your participation and support.
Warm regards,
Conor Murphy
