Today the P5/6 class took part in an amazing 'Healthy Me' workshop led by Matthew from Action Mental Health.
This programme promotes good mental health and social and emotional well being in children and has a strong focus on prevention and self-help. This was highlighted using a range of fun practical activities and worksheets which the children thoroughly enjoyed.
