This week (15th - 19th November) is anti-bullying week:
One Kind word! Children are asked to ask if someone's OK. Say you're sorry. Just say, 'Hey'.
One kind word can be a moment of hope. It can change the course of a conversation and break the cycle of bullying.
One kind word often leads to another because kindness fuels kindness. This applies in all areas of life from the playground to the people in charge of a country or from our phones to our homes.
It starts with one kind word and it starts today.
To mark anti-bullying week we are having an odd socks day on Friday 19th November!
