Bee Active Big Workout day for St. Mary's (29th March)

23rd Mar 2023

Next Wednesday (29th March), Bee Active Fitness Ni will be hosting a big work out day as part of our sports fundraiser for the pupils.  This will give them the opportunity to try new sports and have a lot of fun.  Pupils may bring a small donation with them to school on the day, alternatively donations can be made directly to our Crowdfunder page.

The Friends of The Fin will be collecting for a crowdfunder to allow new sporting equipment, coaching and supplies for St. Mary's.  The crowdfunder was approved by Sport NI's Activate programme, so the school will receive £5000 in additional funding if successful in their campaign.  The funding needs to receive two conditions

a) At least 25 unique supporters.

b) The PTA needs to raise £2500.  Then it will receive the £5000 grant.  The project then has to raise the remaining £835 to keep the funding.

Future Fundraising from our pub quiz, bucket collection, Easter raffle and coffee mornings will be added to this collection.
